I am so excited to announce that the exercise library is now live and FREE for all members! This is a resource that I have created to help all of you on your fitness journeys.
What is an Exercise Library?
The Exercise Library is a essentially catalog of exercises.
Why is this helpful/important?
This resource is meant to give you a tool to find new exercises to add to your workouts, help you master some exercises you may already know, and mainly provide you with some knowledge to help you take the next step toward your fitness goals. There are thousands of different exercises out there, but it is hard to know which ones will benefit you, let alone have time to sift through all of them to find some that you like. With the Exercise Library we have created, you can search for each exercises by name, equipment needed, and muscles used. If you click on the image or the "More" button for each exercise, you will be taken to a separate page that will show a video demonstration and have a written description of how to perform each exercise.
How do we find the Exercise Library?
Sign into your account, and then simply go to GetRippT.com/exercise-library .
How many exercises are there?
With the initial launch of this content, there are 228 exercises in our library, and we plan to keep adding to our database over time. We want our library to continuously grow in order to provide you with as many options and as much knowledge as possible.
What if I don't find the exercise I am looking for?
We have a large library, but it is definitely not done yet. If you do not see a specific exercise you are looking for, it may have not been added to the library yet. Feel free to comment on this post, or reach out to us to let us know some of the exercises you would like to see in this library. We will add your suggestions on to the list of exercises to film and we will hopefully get them up on our site for you soon!
